One of the most challenging things that you must do as an entrepreneur is to find your niche. Although everyone knows how important it is to find your niche – most people tend to avoid confronting this challenge head on.
Most newbies tend to generalize their target market. For example, they’re targeting everyone who’s into marketing, or fitness, or dog training, etc… I believe true success lies within niching down even more.
In this blog post, I wanted to share a few tips that will help you do just that. Go ahead and answer the following 3 questions:
#1 What is the transformation that you’re providing?
#2 Who are you providing it to specifically?
#3 More importantly, where is that person on their journey that they would actually need to invest in whatever it is that you’re selling?
Take the time to think about these questions, you might even want to go on a walk or find a quiet space to sit down meditate on it.
This part is crucial to the success of your business.
Being a generalist and trying to attract every person on the planet is not the way to succeed.
I believe in niching down to blow up. It’s that simple.
I choose to look at it from a completely different perspective than most people do. A niche is not a person with specific interests, it’s a transformation.
